FAQS

  • Am I invited to the ShareFile Homecoming party?

Short answer: Yes—if you know, you know.

Long answer: If you currently work at ShareFile, you’re in. If you ever worked at ShareFile, you’re in. If you worked at Podio, RightSignature, or GoTo but felt like you worked at ShareFile, you’re in.

    Still unsure? Ask yourself:

    • Would Jes Lipson recognize you at a bar?
    • Do you know what 701, 4140, or the dying wall refers to?
    • Did you experience the chaos, the glory, and the weirdly intense snack game of the ShareFile days?

If you answered yes to any of the above, we’ll see you there. If not… well, you probably don’t want to come anyway. 😏

  • Are Plus Ones invited?

Sure! Guests must be 21+ and adhere to the terms and conditions too. A ticket must be purchased for you and your guest.

  • What does my ticket include?

Plenty of drinks. Light apps. Music, vibes, etc. etc. Leave some room to be surprised. You'll also receive exclusive swag from Worldclass Clothing on your way out, depending on the level of your donation/ticket price.

  • Why is this a ticketed event?

Because y’all showed up big time—and while we’d love to throw an unlimited rager, we have to keep things in check.

    1. Fire marshals exist. And they don’t love “unlimited headcount” as much as we do. We need to keep things safe and manageable.

    2. Booze logistics. We’re not about to run out of drinks halfway through the night. Having a set attendee list helps our vendors plan accordingly.

    3. It’s for a great cause. Proceeds go to Worldclass, an organization encouraging and providing life-saving colonoscopies—the only procedure that actually prevents colon cancer by detecting and removing pre-cancerous polyps.

  • Are tickets refundable?

Nope! Tickets are a donation to Worldclass and are non-refundable. But don’t worry—you’ve still got options:

    1. Transfer to a friend – They’ll need to register and agree to our liability disclaimers (because rules are rules).
    2. Give your spot – If you can’t make it, let us know, and we’ll pass your ticket to someone on the Waitlist who’s dying to attend.

Either way, your contribution is supporting life-saving colonoscopies—so even if you can’t party, you’re still making an impact. 🎉

  • Is my ticket/donation tax deductible?

Hang on to your receipt—it’s your proof of generosity! For tax purposes, the deductible portion of your contribution is the amount that goes beyond the value of any goods or services you received, such as your gifted Worldclass swag and party costs. If you spent $50 on the ticket, you can deduct $10 or so. If you spent $100, you can deduct $50. If you have the Platinum ticket at $250, go ahead and deduct $100! Worldclass Foundation is still waiting for their 501c3 status from the IRS, but odds are, will receive it in 2025. It will be retroactive for donations for the whole year, so you should be good to go!

Got questions about it? No worries! Just reach out to the awesome folks at Worldclass Foundation—they’re happy to help! email hello@worldclassclothing.com

  • What should I wear?

Cocktail attire. The theme is Platinum and Emerald.

  • Why Platinum and Emerald?

Besides this being a reunion/reason to party, it’s also ShareFile’s 20th Anniversary. Traditionally, twenty years of marriage called for china or emeralds but the modern take on that is platinum. Instead of choosing something, we said ‘why not both’.

  • Can you accommodate my allergies and dietary restrictions?

Nope, sorry, not because we don’t love you but because there are a lot of you. We also can’t ensure food has not been cross contaminated so please plan accordingly. Downtown Raleigh has tons of great restaurants to fit all kinds of dietary needs. Visit https://downtownraleigh.org/explore to check some great options.

  • Where should I park?

If you’re planning to drink, don’t plan to drive. We’re too grown for that silliness. It’s so simple to get a ride and the venue has a great drop off spot.

If you’re driving, here are some solid paid parking options nearby:

The old Citrix Deck is now a 24/7 public deck.

The Dillon Parking Deck – Located directly across from the station at 223 S. West Street. Super convenient!

The CAM Lot – Situated at 409 West Martin Street, just 477 feet east of the station.

The Municipal Deck – Located at 201 W Morgan Street, a short walk away.

That said… if you can swing it, we highly recommend taking Lyft or Uber. No parking stress or circling the block.

  • Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! There are wheelchair accessible entrances and restrooms.

  • Who is paying for all this?

Our generous hosts, Jesse Lipson and Kurt Heusner!

  • I have a question you haven’t answered?

Someone always does. Check again, ask a smart friend who loves you, and if you still aren’t sure, reach out to: jes@levitateapp.com
